ZMT Oesterlein GmbH was founded in August 1990 by Fritz Oesterlein as a one-man business.

Over the years the company has grown into a small company in the field of assembly automation, mechanical engineering and metal cutting.

At present, 63 employees are working at ZMT in the development department, drawing office, production plant and assembly shop.

A production area of 3200 m² in Waeldershub, a small village near Schwaebisch Hall is used for manufacturing.

The old medieval city of Schwaebisch Hall is located in the county of Baden-Wuerttemberg bordering on Bavaria.

“SHA” short for Schwaebisch Hall is the heart of Germany regarding mechanical engineering and is well-known worldwide for its excellent quality and knowhow.
